About Stacy Grove
Stacy Grove is a second-generation Indiana Realtor® based in Greater Lafayette, helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors make smart, confident decisions. With experience in both residential and commercial real estate, Stacy has guided hundreds of clients through buying and selling homes in and around Tippecanoe County. A lifelong Lafayette, Indiana resident and Harrison High School graduate, Stacy serves her hometown as a co-owner of @properties and Team Lead of The Russell Team, a family-owned team that has served the Greater Lafayette real estate market for more than 50 years. Alongside her brother, Brian Russell, she also co-owns Brokerage Brewing Company, West Lafayette’s oldest craft brewery, reflecting her deep roots in local business and community development. Stacy is known for her practical, no-nonsense approach to real estate. She regularly educates clients on first-time home buying, rent-versus-buy decisions, pricing strategy, home preparation, and how to sell a home for top dollar in competitive Indiana markets. Her clients value clear communication, strong local market knowledge, and advice grounded in real-world experience. A graduate of the Indiana REALTORS® Leadership Academy, Stacy has held numerous leadership roles in the real estate industry. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Greater Lafayette Commerce and is a proud Leadership Lafayette alum (Class 52). Stacy is married to her husband Dustin, a television news anchor in Indianapolis, and together they are raising three children. Outside of real estate, she loves travel and adventure, including completing a 174-mile walk across Costa Rica in 13 days. In 2023, The Russell Company joined the @properties franchise, combining best-in-class technology and agent development with the local ownership, community culture, and independent spirit that have long defined the firm.
