His career journey began with Chase Bank, where he honed his skills as a Private Client Banker, gaining invaluable financial expertise and a deep understanding of client needs. However, Spencer's true calling was always in real estate. Fueled by a desire to make a tangible difference in people's lives, he transitioned into the real estate industry and quickly became a force to be reckoned with. As the Operator and Team Leader of the Spencer Childers Real Estate Group, Spencer has spent over 9 years helping clients buy and sell homes, completing over 500 successful transactions. Spencer's extensive experience has equipped him with a keen insight into the financial and emotional impact of selling a home. His compassionate approach ensures that each client feels supported throughout the process, from the first consultation to closing day. Over the years, Spencer has expanded his team to include 7 talented agents and a dedicated administrative support staff, all working together to make real estate dreams come true.
