Specialize in working with investors...purchasing, rehabbing and then the sale flipping or renting and handling the property managemnt. Began in the real estate industry in 1997 as a receptionist for a real estate company which gave me an opportunity to work for a builder selling new construction homes. From the experience i gained, i obtained my agent license to broker license and have now worked my way to a managing broker. Thru the years of starting at the bottom i have learned all sides and all steps to completing a successful real estate transaction! In May 2013 I made the decision to take my experiences to the next level and build my own real estate company and team
