I love what I do and hundreds of referrals from past clients have kept my business flourishing. Focusing on my client's goals, I have guided over 2500 transactions to a successful closing. A RE/MAX Chairman's Club & Hall of Fame member, I have repeatedly ranked among the top 10 RE/MAX producers in Indiana, and have consistently ranked in the top 10 among Bloomington Board of Realtors producers. I was honored as 2013 Realtor of the Year by the BBOR, and in 2015 I received their Above and Beyond service award. While owning a commercial brokerage in California, I was president of a multi-state trade association and taught agency management. I have been an officer, director or committee member of the Bloomington Board of Realtors for 25+ years, teaching NAR Code of Ethics and Professionalism since 2000. I enjoyed building homes as a member of the Women's Crew with Habitat for Humanity for over a decade. These collaborative experiences have brought unique challenges and added depth to my skills. My talented husband, Kurt Larsen and I have purchased and rehabbed 17 properties in the past 35 years, honing a well-qualified contractors list I am happy to share with clients. Our creative son, Sam, shares our love of traveling, cooking and making merry with friends and family. We cherish our diverse community and its amazing gifts.
