About Cara Gile
Cara started in real estate in the 1980s cleaning and repainting her parents' rental properties for new tenants. At 18 she began a life adventure that took her around the world and back again. Along the way she earned some degrees, married the love of her life, raised two amazing daughters, loved two dogs and three cats (and a couple of fish), fought for equitable access for school children, and did what she could to empower teachers. Cara is a proud graduate of the University of Evansville, Durham University, and Indiana State University. She is a former Georgia and Indiana public school educator who is currently living her best life match-making home buyers and sellers in Southern Indiana! Next Home, Next Adventure! In her 14th place called HOME, Cara shares a usually-empty-nest in Evansville with her husband of over 30 years, Todd and their cat, Lucy who is glad the house is finally quiet. When not searching the MLS for her buyer clients, Cara can be found searching the internet for the perfect vacation rental for her next travel adventure.
